ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 1991 - SECT 66D
Use of information(1) This section applies if a person obtains information because the person is, or has been, an officer of an incorporated association.
(2) The person must not improperly use the information to—
(a) gain an advantage for the person or another person; or
(b) cause detriment to the association.
