Jurisdictional scope of Division(1) Section 1020AI applies only in relation to recommendations received in this jurisdiction.
(2) The regulations may make provision dealing with the
jurisdictional scope of some or all of the other provisions of this Division.
The other provisions of this Division have effect subject to any such
regulations.
