ROYAL COMMISSIONS ACT 1902 - SECT 10
Institution of proceedings in respect of other offences Proceedings in respect of any offence against this Act (other
than an indictable offence) may be instituted by action, information, or other
appropriate proceeding, in the Federal Court of Australia by the Attorney -
General or the Director of Public Prosecutions, or by information or other
appropriate proceeding by any person in any court of summary jurisdiction.
