FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 - SECT 20

                   In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears:

"Court" means the Family Court of Australia.

"Judge" means a Judge of the Family Court (including the Chief Justice, the Deputy Chief Justice or a Senior Judge).
