Use this new facility to search for documents on Legal publishers' web sites.
You can select "Search Australian Legal Publishers" from the list on the left
hand side of this screen, select "Legal Publishers" from the right hand drop
down list above or click on the "Repeat search over: .... Legal Publishers"
link at the top any page that lists the results of a search.

AustLII will be offline for upgrades on 11 January 2001 between 6pm and 10pm Eastern Standard Time.
Scheduled network outage: 6-7 January 2001
AustLII has been informed by the University of Technology, Sydney Building Services that there will be a power shutdown on the weekend of 6 January 2001 to 7 January 2001 to service the main switchboard. AustLII will not be available during this period.
Unscheduled Downtime Most of AustLII's service has been restored. Please note that
2000 updates are still being added to the Cth, SA, and ACT legislation databases. Some case law
databases are still being updated.
We apologise for the inconvenience to AustLII's users and thank you for your patience.
UTS Law Students Computerised Legal Research Assignment
Unscheduled Downtime Not all AustLII services are currently available at present due to a disk storage failure which requires a lengthy rebuilding process. The rebuild process is taking longer than expected. We anticipate that the complete AustLII system will be available again on Friday 5 May.

ALRC Report Managing Justice - A review of the federal civil justice system
Network Problems. There has been limited access to AustLII this morning (18 February 2000). Thankyou for your patience.
Unscheduled Downtime AustLII will not be available from 3:30pm to 5:00pm this afternoon (28 January 2000) for some system upgrades.
Scheduled Downtime. AustLII will not be available from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on 25 January 2000 while we perform some system upgrades.
Unscheduled Downtime. There will be an unscheduled downtime from 7:00pm to 8:30pm on 24 January 2000 while we perform some essential system tasks.
Network Problems. There has been limited access to AustLII recently. This is mainly due to network problems beyond our control. Our network provider is working on fixing this as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
